By using Dataguru ("The Service"), you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). These terms are provided exclusively in English to avoid discrepancies between translated versions. Below is a summary of the key points:

• Your data remains your property, and we have no rights over it.
• We prioritize the security and safety of your data.
• Subscription fees are determined by the number of users and students, with each user representing a unique individual. Sharing user accounts is prohibited.
• You can export your data and cancel your account at any time.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

ACCOUNT TERMS

• Access to The Service requires a user account, which can be accessed via a modern browser or phone. Valid email addresses must be provided for all user accounts. The admin's email address is the primary means of communication.
• An API is available for automated interactions with The Service, subject to fair usage limits. Overloading or testing the limits of The Service is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining and protecting your passwords. Never share your password with anyone. We will never ask for your password through any means other than the secured login form. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your password.
• You are responsible for all content posted in your account and must not post any illegal or unauthorized content. Compliance with applicable laws, including copyright laws, is required.

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

• You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account through the admin interface. Email or phone requests for cancellation are not valid. A brief explanation for cancellation is requested to help us improve our service. A confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation, which should be kept as proof.
• All content will be deleted from The Service 90 days after cancellation and cannot be recovered.
• If you cancel before the end of your paid subscription period, you can continue to use The Service until the end of your current subscription. No further charges will be applied.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with a 30-day notice at the end of any subscription period and may refuse future service for any reason. Account termination will result in deactivation and subsequent deletion of your account. You can request an export of your data up to 30 days after account closure. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

DATA OWNERSHIP, CONFIDENTIALITY, COPYRIGHT & SECURITY

• Your data remains your property, and you retain sole ownership. We do not claim intellectual property rights over the material you provide. Your data will only be used to enhance customer support or compute usage statistics. All employees with potential access to your data are bound by a non-disclosure agreement. You can restrict access to your data at any time.
• Your data is accessed through a secure SSL connection, and our technical team uses encrypted protocols and two-step authentication. Our system is protected against SQL injection and cross-scripting attacks. By using The Service, you agree that we use third-party vendors and hosting partners for necessary operations.
• Our database content is duplicated in real-time and backed up daily. In case of failure, data loss is minimized to a maximum of 24 hours. Backups are only for dramatic failures. Restoration of data due to user error may incur a fee.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Technical support is available via email on weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM IST.
• A lifetime warranty is valid for five years.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of The Service without express written permission.
• Transmission of worms, viruses, or destructive code, and attempts to compromise The Service, are prohibited.

• The Indian Companies Act No.1 of 1956 governs all legal actions related to The Company or The Service.
